Roger Stone is not a serial killer, a drug kingpin, a mafia don or a terrorist.
The longtime Republican consultant is guilty of little more than knowing and associating with Donald Trump.
He was indicted for process crimes that allege he misled Congress and federal investigators – a crime that Hillary Clinton, her aides and top Obama officials did routinely and brazenly without consequence.
In a display of raw federal power, unseen since navy seals rappelled from a Blackhawk helicopter to personally beat Bin Laden to death, Stone was arrested in a predawn blitzkrieg by a 29-man well-armed battalion of FBI agents, a 17-vehicle tactical unit, as the media, conveniently on hand at 6 a.m., took it all in.
In an exclusive interview with XCluded, Stone and blasted the double standard of the politically weaponized Justice Department, which has allowed true malfeasance – crimes of Democrats and Hillary Clinton supporters – to go uninvestigated and unpunished.
“Mr. [James] Comey, Mr. [Andrew] McCabe, Mr. [John] Brennan, Mr. [Rod] Rosenstein, Mr. [Christopher] Wray, Hillary Clinton, Huma Abedin, Cheryl Mills – all these people lied to the government investigators, which is a crime. All of them lied under oath to Congress, on material matters and they pay no penalty,” he said. “And they’ve destroyed evidence.
“I’ve destroyed no evidence. Yet, I am being persecuted in a contorted perjury case.”
The constitutional safeguards that Americans believe are in place, appear not to exist amid the concerted masterminded effort to nullify the Trump’s presidency, Stone warned.
“It’s very, very scary because what happened to me could happen to any American. I am in my sixties, I don’t own a gun. I don’t own a valid passport. I am not a flight risk. I have no previous record. I am charged with a nonviolent process crime,” he said. “Yet, they mounted a greater raid on my house than the one they mounted to arrest and kill Bin Laden.
“It was an attempt to paint me to the American public as public enemy number one and to take the jury pool against me. It is entirely unfair and that’s why I am glad Sen. Graham is looking into the details.”
Special Counsel Robert Mueller indicted Stone on seven process charges, accusing him of lying to the House Intelligence Committee about his interactions regarding WikiLeaks, the organization that released troves of hacked Democratic emails ahead of the 2016 election.
Stone pleaded not guilty not guilty to the charges, none of which imply he or Trump campaign officials colluded with Russia during the election.
MISSING: DNC Email Server, the Key Piece of Forensic Evidence in Russia’s Suspected Interference
Stone maintains that the very premise of the Russia probe is based on the unsubstantiated presumption that the DNC was hacked by Russia.
A January 2017 intelligence community assessment, titled “Assessing Russian Activities and Intentions in Recent U.S. Elections,” contends Russia meddled in the 2016 election. The report, which was ordered by former President Obama, concluded that Russian President Vladimir Putin personally “ordered an influence campaign in 2016 aimed at the U.S. presidential election” and sought to “denigrate” Clinton while showing “a clear preference for President-elect Trump,” the New York Times reported.
The intelligence report – reflecting assessments by the CIA, FBI and NSA – never indicated how the agencies collected their data or settled on their conclusions.
Yet, the intelligence community to date has never forensically examined the DNC server to prove a hack transpired.
When asked to surrender the server to the Federal Bureau of Investigations, the DNC refused to comply. Instead, the committee hired the cybersecurity firm CrowdStrike to make a “replica” of all the information on its server for the bureau.
Former DNC chairwoman Donna Brazile has indicated that the DNC destroyed the server.
Yet, according to Stone, House Intelligence Committee Chairman Rep. Adam Schiff, D-Calif. lied during a committee hearing claiming the DNC availed the server to the FBI.
“Adam Schiff said otherwise in the hearing that I was in before Congress,” he said. “Again, the assertion that the Russians hacked the DNC is an accusation. It has never been proven in a court of law. There is very substantial forensic evidence that that is not the case and it is far more likely that the stolen data was downloaded to some sort of portable drive and taken out the back door.”
In April, the DNC filed a lawsuit against Stone, the Trump campaign, Russia and WikiLeaks, alleging the three entities conspired to help President Trump win the 2016 election.
Stone’s legal team informed the committee they plan on investigating the DNC’s claims that Russians hacked their servers and are demanding they preserve its database servers and electronic equipment to defend Stone against various claims made against him in their new lawsuit.
“Remember, the Democrats hire a leftist firm [CrowdStrike] to cover up the truth about their server,” Stone said. “They never let the FBI investigate it. Now I am being sued by the DNC and we have served notice in that lawsuit that we intend to inspect that server and it should be preserved. I would not be shocked to learn that [the server] has been destroyed,” Stone said.
Was the DNC “hack” an inside job?
Stone suspects the server was never hacked and the data breach which intelligence agencies claim was directed by Russia, was likely leaked by an inside source. There are two men who have been alleged to have provided the emails to WikiLeaks.
Trump has also repeatedly linked Pakistani national and former congressional IT aide Imran Awan, who allegedly ran a spy ring inside Congress and stole congressional computer equipment, to the DNC hack, frequently calling Awan the “Pakistani mystery man.”
Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.

The IT staffer began working for the House in 2004 and ran a ghost employee scheme with a take of nearly $6 million over the years. After wiring approximately $300,000 to his native Pakistan in July 2017, Awan was arrested by the FBI at Dulles International Airport. Nearly Awan’s entire immediate family was on the House payroll working as IT aides to one-fifth of House Democrats.
Awan and his associates tossed off the House system because they provided false information (a fake copy of the Democratic Caucus’ server) to Capitol Polic
Former DNC chair Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D – Fla., should also be in jail for aiding and abetting Awan, but has yet to be prosecuted, Stone argued.
“When the Capitol Hill police informed [Wasserman Schultz] that the Awan brothers were under investigation, she changed their status in the House computer system from consultants to employees so they would have continued access. They went on to steal data and money. That makes her an accessory. There is no investigation into her, and you won’t read about that anywhere.”
WikiLeaks founder Julian Assange has insinuated murdered DNC staffer, Seth Rich, was the source of the emails.
Rich was working on voter-registration systems for the DNC in the summer of 2016. According to online hacker Kim Dotcom, Rich was also developing other technologies to expose corruption and the influence of corporate money in politics. Kim Dotcom also claimed Rich was behind the DNC’s leaked emails to WikiLeaks.
Rich was murdered July 10, 2016, near his affluent neighborhood in Washington, D.C. He was shot in the back with a handgun while he walked home, and nothing was taken from him. On July 22, just 12 days after Rich’s death and days before the Democratic Party Convention in Philadelphia, WikiLeaks released 20,000 emails from DNC officials.
Former detective Rod Wheeler, who was initially hired by the Rich family to solve Rich’s case, revealed to in May 2017 that the MPD withheld information from him pertaining to the murder after Donna Brazile called police to ask why investigators were “snooping” into Rich’s slaying.
Deep State Used Phony Dossier to Get FISA Warrant to Spy on Trump
The Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee paid nearly $12 million for the salacious anti-Trump “dossier,” commissioning former British spy Christopher Steele to author the political opposition research. The dossier claims Trump colluded with Russia to hack the DNC server.
To keep the Clinton campaign’s funding of the dossier secret, the campaign gave the cash to the law firm Perkins Coie and classified the payment as compensation for “legal services” in FEC disclosures.
Two crimes may have committed in this instance. Making a payment or donation, or trading anything of value with a foreign national in connection with any election in America is a crime, according to 52 USC 30121. It’s also a violation to file a false or misleading campaign report (52 USC 30101).
In October 2017, the Campaign Legal Center filed a complaint with the Federal Election Commission accusing the Clinton campaign and the DNC of violating campaign finance laws and failing to disclose payments made for the anti-Trump dossier.
The FBI based its FISA court request for a warrant to spy on Trump campaign official on the unverified dossier.
Stone, an ardent supporter and long-time friend of the president, explained that he is perplexed over Trump’s inability to hold the Clinton campaign accountable for their numerous crimes.
“I can’t speculate about my own situation. I have great respect for the president and loyalty to him,” he said. “But why he has not directed his Justice Department to pursue the crimes of the Clintons and the Obamas, particularly the use of illegal, unconstitutional FISA warrants to spy on his campaign, the use of the FBI to infiltrate his campaign – it’s very hard to understand.”
The objective of the Russia probe, one of the greatest political frauds perpetrated on the American people under the guise of a legitimate criminal investigation, Stone argued, is not about Russian collusion, Michael Flynn or Paul Manafort.
“The ultimate target of the special counsel is the president, not me,” he said. “I am just collateral damage because I worked for his election and I helped defeat Hillary Clinton.”
“I will adhere to the orders of the court. But I will mount a very vigorous defense. I want people to go to StoneDefenseFund.com because they have the unlimited resources of the American taxpayers and I am not a wealthy man. I am essentially broke, this has broken me financially and I have to raise the money for the lawyers for my defense and the security of my family because they are under constant death threats, threats of violence and so on.”
